Welcome to the City of Bangor's Human Resources and Labor Relations Page

Welcome to the Division of Human Resources and Labor Relations located on the 2nd floor of Bangor City Hall. The Division provides a full range of personnel services to employees, supervisors, and applicants through the fair and consistent application of City Personnel Rules and Regulations, City policies, established personnel practices, employment laws, and collective bargaining agreements. Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
